大連萬華海洋工程技術有限公司是從事海洋工程、水下服務、商業潛水服務的專業公司。在煙臺、上海、深圳設有分公司，公司主要業務：水下錄像檢驗、沉物打撈、水下焊接、水下切割、船殼清理、船舶及水下工程結構物的打撈和清理等。公司從成立至今，已先后為電力水利、航運、港務等行業進行了百余次水下作業，贏得了良好的信譽。已通過ISO9001：2000國際質量體系認證，并通過港口局頒發的水下作業資格證書及各個船級社證書。

公司主要潛水設備及水下作業設備均從美國、日本進口，其中水下錄像、水下照相的設備尤為專業。

我公司潛水員均持有中華人民共和國交通部頒布發的《潛水員資格證書》，其中持有潛水員證書10名，水下焊接證書2名。

All divers are holding diver certificate that ministry of communications of P.R.C issue.Ten dirers in all,two divers are holding valid underwater welding(UWW) certificate by ccs.
